The originality and variety of Miguel’s menu can be directly attributed to our cooking staff. Originating from different regions of Mexico, they have brought their family favorites to share with us. Our goal at Miguel’s is to bring authentic tastes of Mexico with all the flavors and variety they have to offer.
Our experience-inspired Mexican specialties are created with the highest quality seafood, beef, pork and chicken as well as gourmet vegetarian offerings. We are passionate about our food made-from-scratch dishes, each one made from the heart and crafted with pride from Chef Owner Manuel Pacheco. We use only the freshest, finest ingredients in all our dishes from our scratch-made salsas, sauces, tortillas, and sides, to our hand-rolled enchiladas, and other traditional Dishes.
